Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3 Home Treatment contains the same active ingredients as the salon treatment Olaplex No.2 Bond Perfector product, but at a lower concentration. The No.3 product is formulated for weekly maintenance rather than all-at-once intensive treatment.
How should I use Olaplex 3?
- Use at least once a week - we suggest 2-3 times per week
- Apply a generous amount of product to damp hair before cleansing
- Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes, but as long as you like
- Rinse thoroughly
- Shampoo and condition as usual

- Dampen hair with a spray bottle
- Apply a generous amount of the product combing through to ensure even product distribution
- Leave on for a minimum of ten minutes (overnight, if you can!) and rinse thoroughly
- Apply shampoo and conditioner as usual and notice results after even the first use.
- The longer you leave Olaplex in your hair, the longer it can find those damaged areas and rebuild the structure of your hair.
Olaplex can also be used in the hair before heat styling but works best when left on for a minimum of ten minutes and is washed out and conditioned afterwards.
